Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in operations or administration.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Confident in callback communications to customers, including rejected claims.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and authorize refunds for commuter claims.
• Investigate and approve refunds before the collection date.
• Handle customer queries via hotline regarding refunds.
• Attend to operators’ requests for reports and claim inquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties including generation of reports.
