Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd (Outsourcing) in Singapore is seeking a Project Officer to support refund operations and related admin duties. You will review refunds, maintain records, assist with payment reconciliation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also help with airport duties during pre-departure briefings, onboarding activities, meetings and events. Suitable backgrounds include Accounting, IT, Multimedia, or related disciplines, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in refund processing and payment reconciliation.
• Strong financial literacy and understanding of accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable supporting events and operational deployments.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
