Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented refund operations specialist for a 6‑month contract, based at Kallang Sector. You will manage end‑to‑end communications, coordinate with external providers, and support AP on refunds.

Strong Excel skills and data accuracy are essential. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, be highly organized, and able to multitask across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer communications and provide timely status updates until refunds are successfully completed
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to validate wallet balances, extract refund-related data, and support automated refund processing and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable (AP) on manual refund submissions and payment status tracking
• Monitor and track refund requests through the entire refund lifecycle, from submission to completion with supporting documentation
• Prepare and process weekly refund batches
• Generate regular operational reports and status updates on pending, failed or incomplete refunds
• Drive closure of the refund programme by proactively following up on outstanding cases and minimising unresolved wallet balances
• Support ad hoc business, operational and administrative activities as required
