Job summary

LIGHTVERSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment Project Executive in Singapore to drive business growth within HR and manage a full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

The role operates in a hybrid setup with standard hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on client proposals, market insights, and cross-team collaboration. You will handle candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and work pass processes, contributing to both recruitment and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and sales driven.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Basic Salary:

$2500 - $3500 (subjected to work experience) + attractive commission scheme!
