Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a recruitment professional in Singapore to drive business growth from a CBD location at Tanjong Pagar. You will develop new sources of business, manage client relationships, and oversee the full recruitment cycle both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment consultant experience.

• Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team.
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company's overall objective.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and costs, analyze and report to management.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
