TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven Talent Recruiter to join our growing team. Working location: Lavender; Hours: 9am - 6pm.

We offer a salary of up to SGD 3,800 with commission potential, 18 days AL, and medical coverage. CEI certification and relevant recruitment experience are preferred. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building client relationships, presenting recruitment solutions, and driving recruitment success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
• CEI certification required.
• Experience in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service or Account Management advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, lead generation and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Conduct client meetings and present recruitment solutions and candidate profiles.
• Negotiate recruitment terms, fees and service arrangements with clients as required.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through portals, social media, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit with client requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and placement.
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Maintain active candidate and client pipelines and generate new recruitment opportunities.
• Aim to achieve individual sales, placement and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, lead generation and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Conduct client meetings and present recruitment solutions and suitable candidate profiles.
• Negotiate recruitment terms, fees and service arrangements with clients where required.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability based on clients' requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and interview coordination through to offer and placement.
• Follow up closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive experience.
• Maintain an active candidate and client pipeline and consistently generate new recruitment opportunities.
• Work towards achieving individual sales, placement and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, salary expectations and talent availability to provide clients with relevant recruitment insights.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, candidate pipelines, client interactions and placement progress.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is preferred.
• Require to be CEI certified.
• Prior experience in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service or Account Management will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold calling, client engagement and business development.
• Target-driven, proactive and motivated by achieving sales and recruitment results.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
