Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop business pipelines and client relationships. Recruitment Consultants

Location: Kallang

Working Hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm

Salary: Up to $3,500

Responsibilities
  • Actively develop knowledge of your specialist market to enable you to generate business and a business pipeline, through canvass calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation
  • Regularly visit clients to build and develop relationships
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
    Advertise positions by drafting and placing adverts on platforms and other social media to attract candidates
  • Build relationships with both candidates and employers
  • Search for, identify and approach suitable candidates using company/platform's extensive candidate database, LinkedIn, and other sources
  • Receive and review applications from candidates, manage interviews and create candidate shortlists for the clients
  • Brief candidates on the roles and to prepare CVs to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organise interviews for candidates with the client and to inform candidates about the results of their interviews and to feedback to the client
  • Negotiate pay and conditions and to finalise arrangements between both clients and candidates's offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression in your specialist market
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Either solid experience within the recruitment industry or a proven track record of high achievement in another fast-paced business environment, with preferably a B2B sales backgroundSuccess driven, team player with a competitive personality and exceptional communication skills
  • Must have a proactive and positive attitude to work and be target driven and motivated
  • CEI certified would be advantageous
