Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to own the full cycle from developing client partnerships to matching talent with opportunities. No prior recruitment experience is required as training is provided.

You will thrive in a sales-oriented environment, build relationships, and drive results with uncapped commission. The role offers a structured remuneration package and hybrid work arrangements for flexibility.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• CEI preferred (Candidates with CEI may apply).
• Comfortable with sales, cold calling, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage job offers, and negotiate salaries.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to successful placement.
• Achieve individual sales targets and recruitment KPIs.
