Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking recruiters to fulfill clients' staffing needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement in a fast-paced start-up environment near Tanjong Pagar MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Entry level to experienced welcome.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement.
• Source resumes, conduct interviews/phone screening, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Develop new business and manage relationships with existing accounts.
• Network with business partners and jobseekers.
• Miscellaneous ad-hoc duties.

Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.
• Handle 360 degree of recruitment from candidate sourcing through to successful placement.
• Sourcing resumes ,conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.
• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers.
• Other ad-hoc duties apply.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Multiple positions)
• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• CEI certified would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a team.
