Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring, from client development to candidate placement, in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct cold calls to grow the business, source candidates across various industries, and build strong relationships with clients and job seekers while coordinating interviews and offers.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience required; training provided.
• CEI Certificate and recruitment experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process from client development to placement.
• Conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities and clients.
• Source and recruit candidates across industries and levels.
• Build strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist offers.

• Potential monthly gross salary up to $5k - $10K

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from client development to candidate placement.

• Conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

• Source and recruit candidates across different industries and job levels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from MNCs to SMEs, and job seekers.

• Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and conduct candidate interviews.

• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage job offers and onboarding.

• Negotiate with clients and candidates to achieve successful placements.

• Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage
