Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is expanding its recruitment team and seeks a proactive Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end 360-degree recruitment, from sourcing to successful placements. You will build a strong talent pipeline and deliver top candidates to clients.

Close relationships with clients and candidates, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to meet targets and KPIs are essential in our fast-paced environment. CEI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with relevant recruitment experience and a proven track record may be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with client and candidates.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• CEI certified would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end 360-degree recruitment, from candidate sourcing to successful placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and job matching.
• Manage client requirements and deliver suitable candidates promptly.
• Negotiate job offers and secure successful placements.
• Achieve individual / team sales targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure consistent business growth.
• Perform other ad hoc duties apply.
