Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Business Development Team in a fast-paced recruitment and staffing environment. This role offers uncapped commission and dedicated training to help you grow your income based on your performance.

No experience required—training will be provided, with bi-yearly salary increments and clear career progression upon meeting KPIs. The position is Monday to Friday with flexible hours near Jurong East MRT.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities via calls and client visits.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend recruitment solutions to drive the sales process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM.

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth via cold or warm calls, client visit to identify and qualify potential clients

• Conduct presentations, negotiations and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients

• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable recruitment and staffing solutions and drive the sales process from initial contact through to successful conversion

• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and sales performance

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and coordinate with the recruitment team to support successful placements and fulfil client requirements

Requirements

• Relevant study in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or other relevant disciplines is advantageous

• No prior experience required as training will be provided

• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client management will be an advantage

• Comfortable to make cold calls and actively develop new business

• Comfortable working in a sales-driven and target-oriented environment

• Possess a CEI license will be an advantage
