Off the back of a record breaking 2022 in APAC - EC1 Partners are looking to add consultants to our team to help assist our FinTech clients with their hiring needs. Placing high performance Sales/product hires up to heads of sales/product and 'C' level searches.

You will have roles to work from day one. Our market is not driven by recruitment portals, PSL's and submitting CV's on mass. We don't believe in cold calls and to be successful at EC1 you need to be able to build genuine relationships at every level of an organization.

Responsibilities
  • Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales and recruiting
  • Create and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers
  • Leveraging the firm’s existing relationships to map out your own market focus
  • Build genuine relationships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech space in order to create long lasting business relationships
  • Mentor and train new team members
Qualifications
  • Ideally recruitment Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting preferably for SAAS/ FinTech or financial services.
  • Superior negotiating and closing skills with a good eye for detail
  • Be autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple position
  • Self motivation, a high level of drive and a strong desire to win as part of a team.
