Job summary

AZTECH Technologies PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Recruiter to serve as the brand ambassador and own end-to-end hiring for roles at all levels. You will identify talent across multiple channels, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard new hires.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in talent attraction, strong sourcing skills (active and passive), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches under tight timelines while collaborating closely with stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in talent attraction.
• Experience in active and passive candidate sourcing via diverse channels (social media, etc.).
• Self-starter and team player with quick adaptation to new environments.
• Multi-tasker able to perform under tight timelines with strong organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role

The ideal candidate will act as the brand ambassador of the Company and will be responsible for end to end hiring of talents at all levels. He/ She will also act as a talent scout to proactively connect with passive talents to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify talent through a variety of channels
• Manage the full recruitment process from screening, interviewing, job offer to onboarding
• Draft and prepare job descriptions
• Maintain the database to ensure all information is accurate and updated
• Prepare regular recruitment and manpower reports
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all active positions are filled
• Administer any funding related to recruitment/ internship

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in talent attraction
• Experienced in both active and passive candidate sourcing, conducting searches using a variety of channels including social media and other creative search approach
• A self-starter, team player with the ability to quickly adapt to new environment
• Multi-tasker who is well organized and able to perform well under stress with a tight timeline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
