Job summary

AZTECH TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for talents at all levels and to act as a brand ambassador.

You will proactively connect with passive talents to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs. You will oversee screening, interviews, job offers, onboarding, and reporting, drafting job descriptions and keeping databases accurate.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience as Recruitment Consultant/Head Hunter in an agency.
• Experience in active and passive candidate sourcing through multiple channels including social media and creative search methods.
• Self-starter, team player with quick adaptability to new environments.
• Multitasker who is well organized and can perform under stress with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role

The ideal candidate will act as the brand ambassador of the Company and will be responsible for end to end hiring of talents at all levels. He/ She will also act as a talent scout to proactively connect with passive talents to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
