• Good understanding of Fair Employment Practices and local guidelines.
• Knowledge on ATS (Workable) will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with work pass applications and administration.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring compliance, quality of hire, and timely delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous about details.
