As the first point of contact for our students and their families, your role is essential in creating a warm and professional experience for all who walk through our doors.

In this full-time position, you will provide exceptional front desk and administrative support while contributing to a positive, well‑organised, and efficient environment.

🛠️ Responsibilities

1. Greet & Welcome Visitors

  • Ensure all visitors are greeted warmly and professionally
  • Create a welcoming and reassuring first impression

2. Handle Inquiries

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk‑in queries
  • Provide accurate information about our educational programmes

3. Manage Student Matters

  • Oversee student registration and records
  • Collect course fees and ensure timely documentation

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns with care and professionalism

5. Provide Administrative Support

  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative duties
  • Ensure smooth running of centre operations
