Job summary

A professional services firm in Singapore seeks a Receptionist to provide exceptional reception services for guests and clients. You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling calls and enquiries, and booking meeting rooms, while also supporting general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure a tidy reception area and coordinate with building management and vendors. This role offers a full-time position through May 2027, with the potential for renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional reception services for guests, clients, and VIPs.
  • Manage front desk operations, calls, enquiries, and meeting room bookings.
  • Receive and distribute mail and parcels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
  • Support general administrative duties (data entry, filing, scheduling).
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Job description
JobDetails:
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Location: Marina Bay Financial Centre (Tower 3)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract duration: Until 19 May 2027 (renewable)
