• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7000 + Bonus

Responsibilities

• To assist in the assessment of all contractual claims, work progress, etc.
• Reporting to Contracts Manager.
• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and sub-contractors.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with a main contractor on private residential projects.
