Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
• Evaluate project variations and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Support project team in technical and contractual matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in construction or M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, tendering procedures, and project management.
• Familiar with Singapore construction industry standards and codes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS/engineering software.
