Quantity Surveyor/ BIM Manager/ Project Engineer
Responsibilities include obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiating with sub‑contractors and suppliers; measuring quantities and taking off; preparing Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub‑contractor payments; and other QS‑related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in QS/Building/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of QS experience in main‑contractor companies in Singapore
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Support VO, progress claim, contract administration and project documentation
- Independently capable, meticulous, analytical with excellent problem‑solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
BIM Manager
Job Description & Requirements
- Execute overall project and management strategy of assigned projects
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with planned schedule
- Ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Handle design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, pre‑consultation, site meetings and project meetings
- Co‑ordinate and prepare documentation and drawings with the project team
- Apply BIM concepts to projects
- Monitor and inform the Design Team on clashes, ensuring resolution or continuous monitoring
- Ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved
- Manage exchange and coordination of BIM models with consultants, clients and stakeholders
- Support the Design Team with RFIs and BIM‑related presentations
- Maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports
- Proficiency in BIM & Revit & VDC
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Construction/Building/Engineering industry
Project Engineer
Job Description & Requirements
- Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details
- Lead, coordinate and manage civil & structural elements of the project
- Lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day‑to‑day operations
- Ensure civil and structural requirements meet project submissions and schedule
- Plan and schedule time and resources for building construction projects
- Responsible for all on‑site technical and engineering matters
- Ensure works meet company quality standards & contractual requirements
- Monitor project progress and schedule, track delays or disruptions
- Develop detailed work plans and cost estimates for approved items to forecast cost and workforce requirements
- Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work
- Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project
- Coordinate with client, sub‑contractors, consultants and authorities on all project aspects
- Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and reports
- Ensure compliance with client, consultant and authority requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience from Construction/Building/Engineering industry
- Recognized Degree by PEB
- RTO qualification an added advantage
