Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluations, BOQ take-offs, and cost analyses for project budgeting.
• Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain document checklists for materials and pricing.
• Review architectural drawings and draft electrical design drawings.
• Calculate electrical maximum demand requirements for planning.
• Design and draft electrical service layouts for projects.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings reflecting final installations.
• Coordinate site visits to verify installation progress.
• Perform on-site quality control inspections.

Job Summary

You will lead technical evaluations and cost analyses to support electrical service projects, driving accurate design and quality control. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver precise electrical drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical evaluations, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) take-offs, and cost analyses to support tender submissions and project budgeting
• Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing aligned with tender requirements
• Prepare and maintain document checklists to track materials and pricing for supplier comparisons
• Review architectural drawings and draft, revise, and finalize electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
• Calculate electrical maximum demand requirements, including lighting, power, and overall power consumption for project planning
• Design and draft electrical service layouts such as lighting, power, cable way, single line diagrams, and schematic diagrams to meet project specifications
• Prepare As-Built Drawings reflecting final electrical installations for project documentation
• Coordinate site visits with subcontractors and operations teams to verify installation progress and resolve technical issues
• Perform on-site quality control inspections to ensure electrical works comply with design drawings and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for electrical design drafting
• Ability to interpret and apply technical datasheets to project specifications
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring principles relevant to design and installation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or related fields
