Job summary

JUN E MATERIALS & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore.

You will handle cost estimates, BOQ preparation, tendering, and post-contract cost control on construction and interior fit-out projects. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong contracts knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and QS software. You will interact with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining thorough project

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of Singapore-based experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Able to handle both pre-contract and post-contract works.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying/costing software.
• Knowledge or experience in using Bluebeam will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in using the ARIBA system and GeBIZ tender submission will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight project deadlines.

Responsibilities
