  • Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure a common understanding of project scope and cost implications.

  • Act as a key point of contact for all commercial, financial, and contractual inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline from a recognized university, polytechnic, or educational establishment.

  • Minimum of 3 continuous years of relevant post-graduation experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with exposure to A&A works, retrofitting, or building improvement projects in the Singaporean market.

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in measurement and financial reporting.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills for managing variations and settling accounts.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and manage commercial risks.
