Job summary

Merge O+R Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control from initial estimates to final figures, evaluate contractor proposals, and prepare tender submissions for interior fitting-out projects.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building, fluency in English, and at least 3 years of relevant local experience with strong Excel/Word proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building field.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Min 3 years working experience in Singapore, preferably with interior fitting-out work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work on multiple projects within simultaneous timelines.
