Webuilq is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to drive cost management across projects in Singapore. The role involves estimating costs, tendering, procuring, administering contracts, and applying value engineering to meet budgets without compromising quality.
You will work with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to monitor expenditures, prepare cost reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations. A relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.
The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in project tenders and managing project costs to ensure projects are completed within budget without compromising quality or standards. You will oversee project tenders, cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and value engineering, while collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Youwill manage all aspects of project cost control, from estimation and tendering to final account settlement. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within budget, meeting quality and compliance standards.
