Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project cost management.
• Strong contract administration, tendering, and cost control knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office and quantity surveying software.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-contract administration for construction projects.
• Conduct tender take-off, vendor sourcing, and cost estimation.
• Prepare tender submissions, including measurements, quotations, costing reports, and documentation.
• Compile cost breakdowns, technical data, and drawings for tender responses.
• Perform cost analysis and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist tender documentation.
• Monitor cost budgets, perform cost control, and maximize project profitability.
• Attend project and consultant meetings, prepare variation costs, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Support the Project Team with cost, contract, and progress verification throughout all stages.
• Participate in project reviews and handle client requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-contract administration for construction projects.
• Conduct tender taking-off , vendor sourcing, and cost estimation.
• Prepare tender submissions , including measurements, quotations, costing reports, and documentation.
• Compile cost breakdowns , technical data, and drawings in response to tender queries.
• Perform cost analysis and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist in tender documentation.
• Monitor cost budgets , perform cost control , and maximize project profitability.
• Attend project and consultant meetings, prepare variation work costings , progress claims , and final accounts .
• Support the Project Team with cost, contract, and progress verification throughout all project stages.
• Participate in project review meetings and handle client requirements effectively.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying , Building , Construction Management , or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project cost management.
• Strong understanding of contract administration , tendering , and cost control .
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
