About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at LT SAMBO CO., LTD. in the West Region. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tender Manager in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for both main contract and subcontract works.
• Read and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to extract key requirements.
• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and technical clarifications.
• Perform quantity take‑off, measurement, and cost analysis for accurate pricing.
• Support preparation of bid documents, costing summaries, and submission materials.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on tender‑related matters.
• Provide general support in contract administration and other assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• QS / Junior QS with a minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in construction field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD is more advantage.
• Meticulous, analytical, and proactive with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English. Candidates have full working rights for Singapore.
