Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documents

  • Manage tendering process and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes

  • Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle

  • Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and procurement to track progress and costs

  • Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety regulations
