Our Quantitative Analytics team is a global organisation of highly specialised modellers and developers responsible for researching, innovating, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting all quantitative models used for valuation and risk management across all asset classes. Your ideas will be crucial as you work closely with business partners to develop models and tools. Joining a group that partners with traders and stakeholders across the bank gives you the widest exposure to a variety of modelling techniques and instruments to help drive business strategy.
As a Quantitative Analytics Graduate, your journey at Barclays begins with several weeks of intense training covering product and business knowledge and the skills you need for a successful start. After training you will join a specific desk and collaborate on active projects, giving you ample opportunities to grow and learn.

To be considered for this programme you must be motivated, curious and pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical discipline such as Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Calculus, Computer Science or other STEM subjects with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026. Ideally you have mathematical and programming skills (in Java, C++ or Python) along with logical thinking, creative problem solving, good communication and teamwork. This is a future position to start in July 2026.
Our office is located in the Marina Bay Financial Centre, a “city in a” overlooking the scenic skyline along the waterfront. The green spaces and rooftop terraces are designed to optimise employee well‑being. Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Quantitative Analytics (QA) group by providing analytical insights and expertise that help business leaders and stakeholders make informed decisions, support existing trading strategies, develop new product strategies and services, and identify new market opportunities.
