Job summary

  • Prior experience managing a team of 5–8 Quality Executives is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HSA audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Johor Bahru and other parts of Malaysia as required.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Objective / Summary of the Position

Oversee and drive quality management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across integrated logistics operations in Singapore and Malaysia.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reviews and implements country standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics.
  • Maintain, enhance, and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and quality policies.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, HSA regulations, and customer‑specific quality requirements.
  • Plan, lead, and support internal, customer and regulatory audits.
  • Manage customer complaints related to quality, including investigation and CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk assessments from initiation through closure.
  • Assists with internal groups (e.g. Business Development, Solutions and Implementation, Operations, IT etc.) to review new business opportunities to advise on certification and licensing requirements to be in compliance with ever‑changing local regulations and country SOP.
  • Partner closely with Operations and HSE teams to embed quality requirements into logistics processes and workflows.
  • Suggests quality improvements to SOPs, operational/department procedures, and client work instructions to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Establishes and maintains quality policies and programs to ensure proper document and data control methods are utilized.
  • The responsibilities outlined above may be modified from time to time in accordance with organizational and job requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in quality roles within logistics, healthcare, or medical device environments.
  • Need to be a licensed Pharmacist and willing to be a license holder for SG Healthcare facilities.
