Job summary

Overview

Our client is in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) industry which comprises Early Childhood Development Centres, such as infant care, child care and preschool services. They are currently looking out for a Quality Assurance Executive to be part of their growing team!

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet internal and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Conduct audits on regulatory compliances, internal processes, procedures and potential high-risk non-compliances areas as per Regulatory Standards.
  • Involved in initiatives to implement quality measures to raise the standard of early childhood care and education in child care centres.
  • Ensure centres adherence and conformity to corporate identity and guidelines.
  • Ensure the team provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourage their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.
  • To escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • To oversee, track and monitor centres corrective action responses, ensuring that centres principals, supervisors and staffs follow through all corrective action plans and review the effectiveness of such responses.
  • Motivate the team to achieve operational effectiveness, ensuring ongoing organisational capabilities without compromising quality standards.
  • Familiar with ECDC Act and SPARK QRS-U.
  • Ensure that the centres adhere and compliance to the regulatory standards.
  • Develop action plan to meet Licensing & SPARKS criteria
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledge of quality/compliance management as well as regulations and standards in Early Childhood
  • Experience with quality improvement systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
