Responsibilities & Duties

• Conducts inspections on various manufacturing processes.
• Responsible for ensuring all inspection records are kept and maintained.
• Maintains an up-to-date reference file of drawings and quality control plans.
• Liaison with customer on Quality matters and responsible for total customer satisfaction.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in Quality assurance in the company.
• Responsible for conducting quality-related investigations.
• Responsible for performing all other duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager.
• Responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with QHSE policy, procedures and work instructions
• Be aware of the legal and other requirements and significant environmental aspects/impacts (EAI) and occupational safety and health hazard/risks associated with their work activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering / QA/QC or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Familiar with API 6A & 16A, AWS 1.1, ASME, Codes & Standard
• Knowledge of ISO and API requirement.
• Experience in administration & quality assurance program
• Strong in communication & interpersonal skills
