The Services required are set out as follows:
Assists the HOD/Pupil Management and SH/Pupil Management i student discipline matters including
- Patrolling (in and out off school) during schooland after school hours
- Disciplinary follow up and investigations
- Managing student late comers
- Detention/in-house suspension duties during andafter school hours
- Overseeing Corrective Works Orders
Administration
- Key into School Cockpit mobile system and otherschool based systems
- Tracking and following up of late-comers
- Updating of late-comers files
- Updating of detention records
Supporting the Pupil Management Programmes for targetedstudents
- Smoking/Vaping Cessation Programme
- GEAR UP Programme (including accompanying students outofschool)
Assist HOD/Pupil Management and PMT to analyse disciplinedata
- Analyse Discipline Offence Trends
- Maintain attendance and monitor late-coming
The Personnel shallminimally have the following qualifications and experience:
- At least 1 year experience working with youths and/or discipline matters.
- At least a diploma (qualifications in relevant disciplines such as Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling, etc will be advantageous)
The Personnel shouldpreferably have the following skills:
- An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A meticulous individual who can multi-task and works independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Applications and IT systems.
