Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated student discipline coordinator to support school operations. You will help manage students during recess and events, maintain discipline records, and liaise with parents while ensuring safety at entry/exit points.

The role includes monitoring attendance, flagging absences, and referring students to appropriate staff for support. Proficiency in MS Office and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in documenting discipline matters and investigations.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for record keeping.

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years’ experience working with children, teenagers or youth.
• Experience in discipline, case management or behaviour support isan advantage.
• Former national uniformed services personnel preferred.
• Familiar with restorative practices and student support frameworks.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid
• First Aid certificate
• or willing to obtain one before commencement
