Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Pupil Management Assistant to support the Head of Department in student discipline matters and to manage school cockpit and related systems.

You will track latecomers, update detention records, support Pupil Management Programmes (Smoking/Vaping Cessation, GEAR UP), and assist in analysing discipline data such as offence trends and attendance. A diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's relevant working experience.
• Diploma in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or Counselling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Working hour

• Mon to Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
