Job summary

Dynamic Safety PTE. LTD. invites applications for a discipline support role within a school environment in Singapore.

The successful candidate will handle daily discipline operations, observe activities, investigate incidents and collaborate with parents to support students. The role requires at least 1 year in discipline or youth support, strong English communication and the ability to mentor students. Preference is given to those with youth work certifications and restorative practice

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in discipline management or related youth support roles.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with behaviour management or restorative practices is an advantage.
• Emotionally resilient and culturally sensitive, able to handle challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support daily discipline operations, including latecomers, detention and suspensions.
• Conduct walkabouts within the school compound and surrounding neighbourhood areas.
• Investigate student incidents and follow up with students and parents.
• Guide and mentor students with disciplinary and behavioural issues.
• Monitor and track students’ progress and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and incident reports using Microsoft Office.
• Follow safeguarding, emergency, confidentiality and PDPA procedures.
• Perform other student management duties as assigned by the school

• Guide and mentor students with disciplinary and behavioural issues.
• Monitor and track students’ progress and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and incident reports using Microsoft Office.
• Follow school safeguarding, emergency, confidentiality and PDPA procedures.
• Perform other student management duties as assigned by the school

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in discipline management, case management or youth behaviour support.
• Relevant youth work qualifications/certifications are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Experience with behaviour management or restorative practices is an advantage.
• Emotionally resilient and culturally sensitive, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
