Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking Customer Service Officers to join a government hotline team for a short-term contract. You will handle incoming public calls, provide accurate information per scripts, record details, and escalate complex cases to supervisors. Training is provided; working Monday to Friday; contract duration is 1 month.
