PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Call Centre Agent to support a Singapore Gov project. You will be the frontline ambassador, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to the public.

The role is a 6 months contract or longer with a 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday schedule, located at Ubi Road 4. Candidates should communicate clearly, document interactions, and resolve issues with professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
• Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
• Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
• Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
• Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
