Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries from digital channels (voice and non-voice). This 1-year contract position offers a salary up to SGD 2,800 with potential bonuses.

The role requires at least a GCE O Level and 1 year of contact centre experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm or 8:30am–6pm, at Geylang Bahru.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level with at least 1 year of contact centre experience.
• Experience handling voice and/or non-voice channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints (high consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc).
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
