Public Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead Group-level and business units public relations, media engagement, executive brand management, and external communications. This is a senior, highly visible role that works closely with the Group’s Leadership Team, shaping corporate narrative, leadership visibility, and external reputation across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate brings strong European (EU) and Asia Pacific (APAC) market experience, established media and agency relationships, and a proven ability to manage executive-level communications in complex, multi-industry environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead public relations strategies across La Royale Group and its business units to strengthen corporate reputation and market positioning
  • Own and manage relationships with regional and international media, PR agencies, and key opinion leaders across EU and APAC markets
  • Secure high-quality media coverage, interviews, and thought-leadership opportunities for the Group and its leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media enquiries, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely communications
  • Draft and oversee press releases, media kits, briefing documents, talking points, and feature articles
Executive Brand & Thought Leadership Management
  • Develop and execute executive branding strategies for the Group’s leadership team
  • Shape and manage leadership narratives, messaging, and positioning across media engagements, public appearances, and strategic communications
  • Prepare executive-facing materials including keynote narratives, speaker profiles, interview briefs, and media talking points
  • Advise senior leadership on public communications, reputation management, and external perception across markets
Narrative Ownership & Content Alignment
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to translate PR narratives and executive positioning into aligned social content
  • Provide editorial direction, messaging guidance, and content briefs to ensure consistency across earned media, executive communications, and digital channels
  • Review and approve externally facing communications where required to maintain brand integrity and coherence
    Events, Public Engagements & Visibility Initiatives
    • Lead PR planning and messaging for corporate events, strategic announcements, product launches, and investor-related activities
    • Manage media attendance, press briefings, and executive speaking opportunities linked to Group and business unit events
    • Coordinate leadership participation in conferences, panels, and public forums to maximise visibility and impact across EU and APAC
    • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and reputational risks, providing insights and mitigation strategies where necessary
    Who We’re Looking For
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or brand communications, gained in agency and/or in-house environments
    • Proven experience managing PR and media engagement across European (EU) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets, with established media and PR agency relationships
    • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and markets
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex narratives in multi-industry or fast-evolving organisations
    • Confident working directly with senior leadership, with high levels of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
    • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
