Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 1-year contract (no extension) to manage citizen/community feedback routing and responses.

Working hours: Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm. Responsibilities include feedback triaging, contacting the public to clarify feedback, and ensuring timely submission.

Qualifications

• A’ Levels/Diploma/Degree is required.
• Experience with feedback management/triaging is advantageous.
• Commitment for 6–12 months.
