Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Public Feedback Executive (Contract) to triage and handle feedback received through digital and service channels, ensuring cases are routed accurately and followed up in a timely manner.

The role requires responsiveness, organisation, and comfort communicating with the public while coordinating with stakeholders to close cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• GCE A Levels, Diploma or Degree required.
• Experience in feedback management, case triaging, customer service or admin support is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and timely.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage public feedback from multiple channels.
• Route feedback accurately to the appropriate agency or team.
• Prepare and send clear, professional replies to the public.
• Contact public members to clarify feedback when needed.
• Monitor and follow up on feedback cases for timely handling.
• Assist with documentation, tracking and other admin duties.
