Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Survey) in Singapore to coordinate survey activities and maintain data quality. You will assist respondents online or in person, manage data entry, and support field visits to reach hard-to-contact participants.

This role requires proactive communication and reliability. You will work with a small team to hit daily targets, maintain accurate records, and respond to queries to maximise participation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry tools.
• Flexible to work on weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys via online platforms or manual data collection.
• Ensure accurate data entry and high data integrity.
• Conduct field visits to reach respondents not contactable by phone.
• Update call outcomes, statuses, and progress daily using tracking tools like Excel.
• Work with team to meet survey milestones and KPIs.
• Address respondent queries to encourage participation and engagement.
• Prepare and submit daily productivity and survey completion reports.
• Review and clean survey data to resolve errors or incomplete responses.
• Maintain case notes and records for follow-up and respondent tracking.
• Adhere to SOPs and document deviations with justification.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Customer Service Officer (Survey) 1 year renewable

Job Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys through online platforms or manual data collection methods.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry while maintaining a high standard of data integrity.
• Conduct field visits to engage respondents who are not contactable via telephone.
• Update call outcomes, survey statuses, and progress reports on a daily basis using designated tracking tools such as Excel.
• Work closely with team members to achieve survey completion goals and project milestones.
• Professionally address respondent queries and objections to encourage participation and engagement.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily productivity and survey completion reports.
• Review, validate, and clean survey data to resolve errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete responses.
• Maintain comprehensive case notes and records to support follow-up activities and respondent tracking.
• Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document valid justifications for any deviations.
• Consistently meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualificationin Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Flexible to work on weekendsif required by project schedules.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary range : S$3,000.00 - S$3,300.00
