• Coordinate apartment handovers (check-in/check-out) with tenants.

• Follow up promptly on repairs, maintenance, and client queries.
• Possibly manage the property management team based on experience.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service / Property Manager to join our Singapore office. Whether you're a fresh graduate or has prior experience, what matters most is your initiative, reliability, and commitment to great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment handovers (check-in/check-out) with tenants
• Communicate and resolve issues between landlords, tenants, and vendors
• Follow up promptly on repairs, maintenance, and client queries
• Depending on experience can look the manage the property management team
