Job summary

Premier Property Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned properties in Singapore.

You will manage all aspects of properties, inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards, supervise service providers, and resolve tenants’ complaints to maintain tenant satisfaction. You will negotiate leases and contracts with vendors, supervise property personnel, manage receivables and operating expenses, and report on financial performance to support

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards
• Overseeing building inspection and maintenance
• Supervising service providers
• Resolving tenants’ complaints
• Maintaining a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiating lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Scheduling and overseeing contract vendors
• Collecting receivable accounts and handling operating expenses
• Overseeing properties personnel and assessing its performance
• Accomplishing financial goals and reporting periodically on financial performance
• Maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and equipment
• Scheduling inventories
• Managing Hand Receipt Holder Accounts
• Ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of all accountable property records
• Maintaining records for all leased, loaned, and borrowed equipment.
