Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a Property/Asset Manager to oversee daily operations of both commercial and residential properties in Singapore. You will lead a team of external property managers and contractors, ensuring maintenance standards and timely service delivery.

The role focuses on tenancy administration, lease renewals, tenancy trackers, and coordinating marketing and leasing of vacant units, with a strong emphasis on compliance, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in property or asset management.
• Experience in tenancy administration and tenant relations.
• Familiarity with property regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in property management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure maintenance standards.
• Supervise external property managers and contractors for timely service delivery.
• Administer tenancy matters, including lease agreements and renewals.
• Maintain and update tenancy schedules and lease trackers.
• Serve as the main contact for tenants, fostering positive relationships.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing of vacant units and conduct property viewings.
• Monitor operational expenditure and coordinate capital works projects.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations concerning property management.
• Assist in the preparation of performance reports and maintain property data.
• Support lifecycle management of assets, including documentation and due diligence.
