Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Property Manager to support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations and management of cluster commercial/industrial properties. The role covers building operations, tenant management, property maintenance, lease administration, financial reporting and MCST matters.

You will coordinate with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance and efficient service delivery, manage rent-related processes, and prepare monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with building manager experience.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial buildings.
• Must have hands-on MCST experience.
• Strong numerical ability with property-related financial terms.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organised and analytical with independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Building Operations and Maintenance: Ensure property services comply with policies, procedures and standards; coordinate inspections and maintenance.
• Coordinate contractors to ensure works are completed properly and promptly; keep properties safe and well-maintained.
• Tenant Management: Handle escalated tenant inquiries and coordinate move-ins/outs; maintain relationships.
• Lease and Financial Administration: Monitor rent collection and process expenses; prepare notices and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare monthly property performance reports and support budgeting and forecasting; perform financial calculations for income and recoveries.
• Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Work with Centre Manager, tenants, contractors and internal teams; communicate property and financial information clearly.
