Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Building Manager to oversee daily operations of cluster commercial/industrial properties in Singapore. You will manage building operations, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial reporting, including MCST matters, ensuring compliance with standards.

The role requires 5+ years in building management, MCST experience, and strong numerical skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years' building manager experience.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial buildings and MCST.
• Strong numerical skills and familiarity with property financial terms.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Organised, analytical, and able to resolve operational issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of cluster commercial/industrial properties.
• Handle tenant management, move-ins/outs, and tenant-improvement matters.
• Manage lease administration and financial reporting, including MCST matters.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and service standards.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to timely complete works.
• Prepare monthly property performance reports and budgets.
