Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Manager to oversee daily operations of cluster commercial/industrial properties in the Sembawang area. You will support the Centre Manager with building operations, tenant management and lease administration.

Responsibilities include inspections, coordinating contractors, preparing monthly property performance reports, and analysing budgets. The role requires at least 5 years in building management, MCST experience, and good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred with at least 5 years of building manager experience.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial buildings with MCST exposure.
• Strong numerical ability and knowledge of property-related financial terms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of cluster commercial/industrial properties.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Manage tenant relations, move-ins/outs, and tenant improvements.
• Prepare monthly property reports and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Coordinate with Centre Manager and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
